The Miracle God Has Shown To Me

I am a Roman Catholic Christian but still i am not a good one but still not that bad either. It is also not safe for me to say i am in between but i did more bad stuff than good. So as the title describe it, i just want to tell you that if you believe in God and do all his works you are going to be shown a miracle.

The miracle God has shown to me does not happen directly but it is indirectly. It actually happen to my father. And it happen two times. Before i told you the stories, let me give tell you a bit about my father. My father is a hard working man with little words. He spoke when needed and when he speaks it is full of advise, full of fact and it is hard to argue when he speaks. He was a Diploma Holder and when i entered University, he also further his studies undertaking his Bachelor Degree. After graduate, he further his studies and took his Masters.

Eventhough he knew he is about to pension, he still strive to further his studies. It just that he never had the chance before and he wanted to shows that he capable of doing anything if given the chance. It sorts of a way for him to show to us that with hard work anything can be done. Between his studies, he has to manage the household, do his daily jobs while at the same time he has a church duties. He hold some positions in one of the church in Kuching. And so he has dedicated his life to doing God’s work. Spent years and years doing it and it may have been more than 10 years since he is involve doing God’s works. If i write his name here, most probably some of you might know him but maybe its not the time yet. So lets now to the stories.

The first stories happen years back. My father was still working and i am still studying at University. You know what, my father was preliminary diagnose with cancer. But the doctor needed more testing. He came home that day and act normally. He prayed like every night before this. He did not told us and my mother also does not know about it. He kept it to himself. That night he dream about a rotten meat. The rotten meat slowly turned into new meat and it was clean as if it was still fresh. I do not know the when the result came out but it surely show that he did not get cancer. After he known about it, then he tell us the stories. god has help my father and has heal him. I thank God for that.

The second stories happen last year. It was during the arrangement of my wedding. We went to St Joseph Church to arrange for the date. Almost everything has been arranged except for the church. So went there to set the date with the priest and so on. There is a free date for the church and the only problem is there are no Priest available on that date. We tried to negotiate and it seems that we are on the losing end as the Priest stated that he will tried to arrange for a Priest to be available. My father and i went home and he said something like this and i quote ” I have spend most of my life doing Church and God’s works and there is no available Priest for my son wedding”. He does not speaks those words in front of the Priest or me or anybody else for that matter. He only told those words to my mother. You know what, instead of one Priest blessed my wedding, three Priest bless my wedding. How awesome is that.

You see God works in a strange way. When we are almost on the losing all we have to do is pray to God. But praying only when in need is a not enough. Dedicate you life to him, try to be the best ever and do all that according to his command. right now, i am hoping for another one and hopefully God will show me his light on me and my family and bless us.
